Ventura, CAThe DUI No Excuses Summit, "Working Together Works" was the theme of the second Ventura County DUI Prevention Summit, organized by the Ventura County Behavioral Health Department, Alcohol and Drug Programs, at the Ventura Beach Marriott on June 9, 2011.
