As part of its countywide initiative to reduce underage and binge drinking, Ventura County Limits identified a range of public policies for consideration as strategies for change.  Possible options, in addition to the Social Host Ordinance, included homeowner penalties, landlord notification, nuisance abatement policies and loud party laws.
