Above the Influence, a National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign is a program of the Office of National Drug Control Policy. The United States Congress created the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign in 1998 to prevent and reduce youth drug use.

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA)

Since 1992 Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) has been training local grassroots groups, known as community anti-drug coalitions, in effective community problem-solving strategies, teaching them how to assess their local substance abuse-related problems and develop a comprehensive plan to address them. Today, CADCA is the nation’s leading drug abuse prevention organization, representing the interests of more than 5,000 community anti-drug coalitions in the country.

The Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) is a contract provider with Ventura County Behavioral Health, Alcohol and Drug Programs, Prevention Services. In 2012, the CVUSD began implementing the Brief Risk Reduction Interview and Intervention Model (BRRIIM).
